Steam and Origin are sat saying 'Dragon Age: Inquisition is running' but it isn't - nothing happens. I've made exceptions in my antivirus (Bitdefender, not Avast), I've updated graphics drivers, I've disabled Origin overlay, I've told Origin to use local saves when that option came up (once!), I've restarted my PC goodness knows how many times.
